If this is your first time ordering with FCG please take a moment to read the
guidance below:
FIREARMS: We will need a copy of your signed Federal Firearms License (FFL) or a copy of the
transfer FFL on file before we will ship out any firearms. If this is your first time buying firearms
over the Internet, here is what you'll need to do. Find a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) in
your local area that will do a transfer for you. Most pawnshops and local gun dealers are happy to
do so for a minimal fee. Check around as they will all charge different fees. Either they will give you
a signed copy of their FFL or they’ll mail us a copy. If they decide to mail us a copy separately from
the payment, please have them place a letter in with the FFL telling us which order it goes with.
Once we receive it, we'll ship your firearm(s) to them, and there they will do the required
paperwork to transfer the firearm to you.
SHIPPING:. All pistols are shipped via USPS. All rifles are shipped via UPS. If you would like
magazines, or other accessories insured or tracked, please contact us before placing your
order. Pistols, and Rifles are all automatically insured for their value. If an item is lost or damaged;
Please contact us. We will submit the claim to the appropriate company and collect any insurance
due. Once that process has been completed we will replace your item(s). We are not responsible
for any items lost by the shipping entity.
Returns & Canceled Orders: All returns must have an RMA#. Please e-mail the order number,
description, and reason for return. All canceled orders will be charged a 25% re-stock fee (Not
applicable for out of stock items).
Warranty: Except for the warranty that the goods are made in a workmanlike manner and in
accordance with the specifications therefore supplied or agreed to by the buyer and are made or
packaged pursuant to the seller's customary manufacturing procedures. Seller makes no
warranty express or implied, and any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose which exceeds the foregoing warranty is hereby disclaimed by seller and
excluded from any agreement made by acceptance with any order pursuant to this quotation.
Seller will not be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense arising in connection with
the use of or the inability to use its goods for any purpose whatever. Seller's maximum liability
shall not in any case exceed the contract price for goods claimed to be defective or unsuitable.
